Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or accessing SujanStudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Sujan Studio ("we", "us", or "our") provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to:
- Studio portraits
- On-location shoots
- Commercial photography
- Wedding photography
- School and event photography
Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered "confirmed" when Sujan Studio has issued a written confirmation or invoice for your requested service, regardless of whether payment has yet been made. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms and to pay any applicable fees or cancellation charges as described below.
Booking Fee/Cancellation Fee for Short-Notice Events
For any event or session scheduled less than 30 days from the date of booking/invoice, the following conditions apply:
- If you cancel a confirmed and invoiced booking for an event scheduled within 30 days, you agree to pay Sujan Studio a booking/cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total invoiced amount.
- This fee is due and payable immediately upon cancellation and may be deducted from any amount already paid, with any balance remaining payable by the client.
- This policy applies whether or not a deposit or advance payment has already been made.
Purpose of the Booking Fee
This booking/cancellation fee reflects the reasonable costs and loss of business incurred due to last-minute cancellations, including lost opportunity for other bookings.
Exceptions
Sujan Studio may, at its sole discretion, waive the cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances (such as force majeure), but is under no obligation to do so.
Payment Terms
Full payment for all services is due on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No images or media will be delivered until all outstanding fees are paid.

Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the booking fee (deposit).
- For bookings with event dates less than 30 days from invoice request, the booking fee will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, regardless of notice period.
- No booking is considered confirmed until the required fee is received.
Copyright & Usage Rights
- Sujan Studio retains copyright in all images and media produced.
- Upon full payment, a license for personal use is granted to the client.
- Commercial use of images requires a separate license agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
Image Delivery
- Digital images and/or video content will be delivered within the agreed timeframe specified on the invoice or in writing at the time of booking.
- Delivery methods and formats will be confirmed with the client during the booking process.
Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions or permits for photoshoot locations.
- The client must inform Sujan Studio of any restrictions, limitations, or special considerations prior to the shoot.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sujan Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, reputation, or profits.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We process your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of Australia.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, you may have the right to seek independent dispute resolution or make a complaint to a relevant regulator.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
